Every region has 5 Workers (NPC), created only used by ordinary players, and not by the State Organization.
But players who control the governments have discovered an illegal way that Workers (NPC) to working for the org. They are created with gold from the org a military unit, and they give the leadership in a single player so National companies of MU can hire Workers (NPC).
How can the simple player to compete against the State; , Leaving no way to survive a company, if the State which prints the currency gives them higher wages, and steal Workers (NPC).
The simple player has created the company by spending 400 gold, the player handles the org spends state money..............
In this way can progress in the game only 5-6 players who are in the government.
The result is, many players leave the game, because they have no chance to compete in a legitimate economic environment.
In my opinion, the above problem can be solved relatively easily. The MU created by org, should be prohibited to transfer the leadership.
