El dice que publica para sacar de dudas por rumores de medios y jugadores
Si Mexico y Chile tienen MPP que es Mutual Protection Pact (tengo entendido) que se traduce como: Pacto de Proteccion Mutua (seria PPM en Español)
Dice que Bolivia ofrecio PPM a Mexico (bien eso no lo se)
El dice si Mexico es aliado de Chile, y tiene buenas relaciones con Bolivia, cerca de PPM
Para donde va la lealtad de Mexico?
Ahora me tome un rato para hacer este analisis de casi todas las peleas de Chile y Mexico
Veamos
Chile y Bolivia entran en guerra:
Bolivia invade Antofagasta
Chile hace 1,189K Mexico 546k
Segunda pelea, Bolivia avanza a Atacama:
Chile 982k, Mexico 2,740 (note que es mayor que el propio apoyo de Chile a su pais)
Luego Australia invade el sur de Chile y la capital Chilena bajo ataque Boliviano:
En el sur de Chile, Chile hace 10M y Mexico unos 200k (casi nada comparado a Chile ademas de ser una pelea intensa para el momento)
En la capital Chile, 2,671k, Mexico 976k
Portugal intenta invadir Mexico:
Mexico retira su apoyo pero, miren
Chile vs Bolivia
Chile 317k
De ahi, Chile no paso de 2M en su propio territorio
Hasta hace 8 dias una RW Chile hizo 6.5M
Y 6 dias donde hizo 3 y de ahi ya no hizo nada segun el registro.
Peleas con daño algunas algo bajo y unas muy bajo.
Ahora el apoyo de Chile a Mexico
Hace unas 2 semanas tras fallar nuestro intento de alianza con Portugal repentinamente nos intentan declarar guerra por lo que contestamos haciendo lo mismo empezando una guerra que terminaria estancada sin ningun resultado
Bien recordemos que Chile estaba ocupado con Australia y Bolivia.
Mexico ataca Azores
Mexico 5,287k, Chile 2k (una pelea algo grande para el momento)
Portugal ataca Yuca
Mexico 11.7M, Chile 2k (Bolivia ayuda 1.3M a PT) (Una defensa muy grande para aquel tiempo)
Mexico ataca Azores 2
Mexico 9.9M, Chile 4.5M (este es un apoyo grande por parte de Chile pues dejo de hacer RWs y peleas un tiempo)
Llega la Paz
Despues de obtener paz, despues de una semana y un par de dias Portugal intenta invadir Mexico nuevamente por lo que Mexico declara la guerra a Portugal asi iniciando una segunda guerra Mexico-Portuguesa, esta concluira en lo mismo que la primera? No lo sabremos hasta dentro de unos dias pero, sigamos
Inicia otra vez la guerra:

Mexico 16M, Chile 960K, Bolivia 735K
(Actual) Mexico en Azores 4

Debemos recalcar que Chile no ha tenido peleas desde un dia o 2 antes de que iniciara la guerra entre Mexico y Portugal
Con esto visto puedo decir que es muy temprano para decir quien es al que Mexico apoyara al final pero,
Por otra parte, con este analisis, Mexico siempre apoyo a su aliado Chile hasta la guerra con Portugal
Y puedo decir que varios despues de esa primera guerra apoyamos a Irlanda y aveces a Venezuela
Otra cosa, si Mexico nunca apoyo a Bolivia directamente en lo que a Chile si, ademas de tener PPM con Chile y ademas tener una segunda guerra con Portugal sin mencionar que casi no hay resistencia por parte de Chile, porque se cuestiona de esa forma a Mexico, aparte no olvidemos que Mexico tiene bastantes aliados (apesar de eso a hecho gran parte del daño por si solo) al igual que Chile y entre todos se tienen que apoyar, tal vez un dia le toque a Mexico apoyar a Chila, tal vez a Chile a Mexico, o tal vez a ambos a Irlanda
Pero por ahora nuestra alianza a estado con Chile y hasta ahora eso se ha respetado y mientras Mexico siga en guerra con PT o Chile bajo ocupacion Boliviana lo mas probable es que cada pais se consentre en su oponente, no es asi?
Por ahora Mexico ha respetado la alianza y Chile tambien, y ni uno le ha hecho algo malo al otro, no veo porque cuestionar la lealtad de Mexico o de Chile si ambos han demostrado repetar la alianza que ambas naciones han forjado.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
