If you were like me and you thought the first two seconds of the Portuguese anthem "A Portuguesa" sounded like "O Canada" then welcome... Because we are both idiots. XD
Now let us talk about the newest North American nation, Portugal .
Military
Portugal has a nice sized military with a nice sized military strength. Currently Portugal is 13th in strength worldwide(In e-sim of course.)
Their best military unit is Blackadder, which is a Veteran ranking military unit. Kinda shocking, since Portugal is 13th in military strength.
Portugal also has a giant population in e-sim. Having a population of one hundred and one(101) making it the 15th in population worldwide.
Another thing that helps Portugal with their military power is foreign aid, which we will talk about later.
Now let's talk about their land, resources, and some land their fighting for.
Land and resources
When it comes to Portugal's regions it's 14th in the world with ten(10) regions and still growing.
Now Portugal owns land on two different continents and an island. Portugal which is in Europe(Home to the capital), islands which are called Azores and their land in North America(Former Mexican territory)
When it comes to resources Portugal is packing. Portugal has Medium Iron in Northern Portugal, towards Southern Portugal(Alentejo) you'll find that they're high in oil(Making them the only North American country with oil) and the tip of the form Mexican land(Yucatan Peninsula) is high in diamonds.
Currently Portugal is invading Mexico for Baja California, which is medium in iron.
With businesses, Portugal is decent. Their import tax on almost everything is around 2% while for tickets it's 99% and around 15% for gifts and diamonds. Income tax for most things are around 10%, but for gifts and diamonds it's 50% and 5% for tickets.
Hopefully that wasn't confusing(Can't wait to talk about Bolivia, Norway, or Turkey.)

After all that it's time to talk about something more friendly. Like their friends and enemies.
Foreign Relationships
When it comes down to friendships... How do I say this... Portugal is a strong independent nation that need no man/other nation. Portugal does get help with wars, but they don't really have a strong friendships with their current allies. Portugal is like that friend who text you every couple of weeks, because they're busy with school or work.

Portugal has start a recent friendship with the United States, which has been doing well. The US has been the biggest help for Portugal in the Mexican war(Mainly because they both dislike Mexico.)
The United Kingdom has also been a helping factor in the Mexican war, making their friendship decent also.
If I had to talk about Portugal and Spain's relationship, I would say they are kinda like brothers. They are not the best of friends, but they always have that family reunion.
Portugal also helped India try to break away from Iran. It didn't go well, but they are still friends.
Portugal's best friend would have to be Pakistan. Portugal helped Pakistan break away from Iran and there used to be a big Pakistani residents population before Pakistan broke off from Iran.
Portugal only has one enemy, which is Mexico.
These two have been at it for a long period of time. They are currently at war with Portugal winning.
Since Portugal is winning the war, let's see who is behind this in their politics!
Politics and government
Portugal's current leader is SouEu who won in his election with forty seven(47) votes to the other candidate's nine(9) votes.
When he was running SouEu claimed that he and his team has owned many governments with him playing around four(4) years. If this is true, it's probably a good reason why he got so many votes.
When it comes down to parties, Portugal has a lot of them! SouEu's party(Which is the most popular party in Portugal) is the BOOBS PARTY(I am not making that up.) XD
Other parties being Partido Nacional Imperial and Partido Republicano Português being very popular choices. Parties such as Partido Monárquico Português, PCP, and P.D.A also having congress members but not as popular as the other parties.
Unlike American parties, Portugal's has a lot more diversity. Such as BOOBS PARTY being Liberal, Partido Republicano Português being Imperial, and PCP being Communist.
Now that is it. Sure there is things that I probably missed, but this article is already long enough! x)

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
