Hello all. Some of you will already know me and some of you I have not had the pleasure of meeting yet. I apologise in advance for the long post, but I am a black and white lad, you get what you see.
About Me
I have been President a few times on the last speed server (antica), and assisted in government as Minister of Finance on previous servers. My expertise lays in finance. I started with 70 gold (Brought 30 gold, loan from ★ Big G and help from ★ kpp99 and koshka ). In just 36 hours, I have accumulated over 300 gold in business. These include a Q4 Food business, a Q3 Grain business, a Q2 Iron business and a share in Koshka's Weapons.
Financial Plans
Chancellor of the Exchequer - The Right Honourable koshka
In real life, I believe in a socialist economy. State regulation to bring the best outcome for all, not just the privilege few. In this game, it means constant Monetary Market regulation, where we buy currency 10% above what we sell it, meaning that the price of GBP will, in the worst case scenario, fluctuate by 10%. This will help investors as it shows that the UK has strong market that will not bounce out of control at every bit of bad news. Buying currency at this price will also allow us to ride recessions well, there will never be a drop of more than 10% in the price of GBP, and it also guarantee's that the UK can never go through a period of hyperinflation. Your hard earned wages will always be relevant in the local and global market.
The state will make sure that each and every citizen has a fair wage. We will set up minimum wages where any company who pays below it will simply be priced out of the market, or be forced to raise there wages. I will be releasing more detail of my financial plans if I am voted into power.
My first financial priority will be getting the UK Ministry of Finance with all the essential businesses. These include, but are not limited to, Q5 Food, Q5 Gifts, Q1 Weapons and Q1 Tickets. This will allow the government to regulate the main parts of our product market, as well as make profit abroad.
I am working on a rough guess that we will start with 750 Gold. We will be spending 110 Gold on buying ★ Big G 's Military Unit. More about this later. Buy a Q5 food. Our Q1 Grain will be upgraded to Q3 (70 Gold). We will buy a Q4 Iron in a foreign high region (190 Gold). We will also buy a Q1 Weapon company in a different foreign region (20 gold). These are all the very basics and will allow for the UK to make good profits and assist in UK players expansion.
Between when we have access to the orgs, on the 5th of August, I expect a minimum of 25% increase in the Ministry of Finance value. I am hoping for a value more likely 50% and above. This will mean we can begin to work towards the goals of a Q5 Gift, Q1 Tickets and other raw companies.
Ministry of Defence

As mentioned above, the state will be buying ★ Big G 's Military Unit. It will be expanded to allow all UK players that want to join have a place. It will also be renamed to the British Armed Forces. Once the Ministry of Finance is set up, we will start saving up for the MU to have its own companies, and the ability to give supplies. This will grow as Eco skills allow. We will start off with giving supplies of Q3 Food and Q1 Weapons. This is due to happen towards the end of my first elected term.
In the future, I plan on creating a second MU for the elite players of the UK.
Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Our first aim ill be to become part of a coalition, preferable within Europe. We know that our strength and where we should be in the world. In the past 2 days, we have seen our county win BHs and medkits, showing that we are not a weak country. There has been a BH Rota for all to join on our IRC. This has all resulted in the best start the UK has ever had on a speed server.
The Government is already in talks with several countries about relations and a possible alliance.
Ministry of Home Affairs
Home Secretary - VACANT
This position is currently vacant and so I ask all of those who are interested in getting into politics to apply. It is the best way to begin in a government scene, and it always a platform where new players can start their political career. This position is all about keeping people active, and this will happen with the use of competitions and articles informing the public our the Government's deeds.
Democracy
I want as many people involved as possible, so I will make sure that all major decisions will be discussed on IRC between congress, the public and other relevant bodies within the UK. I also intend to make sure British businesses, as well as workers, have a say. Nobody will be left out.

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
