First and foremost, I appreciate everyone’s patience, help, and trust in me during this shortened term. This has been a different, but great, experience being CP. Thank you especially to sbaxter117 who was a champ at setting off resistance wars and helping me.
First I would like to list the accomplishments/successful goals that the country had made during this past term.
• Supplying Military Unit workers
• Supplying U.S. citizens fighting in battles
• Solving a weapon crisis (MoD was almost out of weapons; now we are stocked very well)
• Being a nuisance for Thailand to deal with (because of RW’s)
• Helping other countries to liberate regions
• New Ally (Canada)
Our citizens are a little bit stronger now and will continue to strengthen with our distribution of supplies. Sbaxter117 was going crazy with RW’s in Thailand, which gave both sides some fun fighting and hope for us. Unfortunately, we were unable to liberate any of our regions. However, our only hope comes through help with Canada. This was done kind of secretly, but our country needs some kind of help. We just aren’t that powerful, plain and simple. We have some decent/good fighters, but that isn’t enough to beat a powerful country like Thailand. We help our ally, they help us. Worst case scenario, we gain/lose nothing. Best case scenario, we get liberated. To me, an alliance with Canada was a no-brainer. It gives us some more battles to fight in and gives us a chance at liberation.
Now, on to next term, if I am elected of course. Last term was a bit sloppy and ugly, but this term is extremely important and I will get things a bit more tight and efficient.
My cabinet if elected:
I have been able to manage all the MoD companies and MU all on my own, so I feel no need to appoint a MoE. This is not a dictatorship, I respect this game and believe in being fair to each person. I have not and will not steal from the ORG/MoD.
Agenda:
• Liberate some if not all regions (It’s a longshot, but now Canada is on our side. By the way, they are doing pretty good, so their help means something.)
• Fix the economy
• Increase daily commune supplies to 10/5/75 or 10/10/100
• Decide on how government money and supplies will be distributed at the end of this term or beginning of next term (around Day 140 -160)
Pretty basic agenda, but working on fixing our economy is all dependent on liberating a region or two. Otherwise, producing, managing, and distributing supplies is the #1 goal for this term. I want everyone to have a decent sum of gold or supplies to fight so everyone can get decent equipment for server merge, so that’s what I am focusing on (besides trying to liberate regions).
I felt that I did a decent job last term. You guys tell me how I did, either in the comments or in the poll. If I am not elected CP, I am okay with that. I’m not even in Congress, so I couldn’t even propose impeach to get myself in office. I think the votes in the election will do the talking and Congress will have the final say. I hope my term as CP showed everyone that I am trustworthy, a fighter, and transparent as a politician (the alliance with Canada was not transparent, but this alliance does us no harm, just potential gain). I know I was not super active, but I did my best seeing that my senior year in high school makes things extremely busy. I wish my opponents luck in this election. I hope that each citizen of the U.S. will vote and make the right decision (whoever they feel will do the best job and help the country the most).
Please vote for me to continue our current work, get prepared for server merge and hopefully fix our economy. I cannot make any guarantees, but I do promise that I will do my best as CP if elected. About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
